Every refrigerant operation has to be recorded, kept and produced on inspection. Tracefix captures the record on the technician's phone, includes it in the signed service report and keeps the register for you.
Complete handling records
Operation, refrigerant, total charge, quantities added (virgin or recycled) and recovered, container, detector, company and technician certificates, fluid destination. In France: the information of form Cerfa 15497.
Leak-check intervals
From refrigerant type and charge, the app computes tonnes of CO₂ equivalent and the indicative leak-check interval (12, 6 or 3 months under EU F-gas thresholds).
Yearly register export
Every operation of the year, per customer and unit, in one CSV export for reporting and audits.
Upcoming checks
Leak checks due within 60 days are listed. With a maintenance plan, they schedule themselves.
Signed by the customer
The record is part of the signed report sent to the equipment operator.
