What counts as a “field technician”?
A user with the Technician role who carries out jobs. Administrators and office users (scheduling, follow-up) are unlimited and free.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. Pick a plan to continue; your data is kept.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime from the billing page. The new technician limit applies immediately, the new price from the next renewal.
Monthly or yearly?
Your choice. Yearly billing charges 10 months instead of 12.
How do I pay?
By card, through PayPlug. The card is charged automatically at each renewal and an invoice is e-mailed to you.
Which currency? Is VAT included?
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. French VAT applies in France; EU businesses with a VAT number are reverse-charged; businesses outside the EU pay no French VAT.
