Terms of service

Version of 11 October 2026. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of the Tracefix online service (the "Service") provided by Faciliclic (the "Provider") to any business (the "Customer") that creates an account. The Service is for professional use only.

2. Account and users

The Customer creates an account for its business and invites its users, and is responsible for credentials and actions performed from its account. The number of field technicians depends on the plan; other users are unlimited.

3. Free trial

A 14-day trial without payment details gives access to every feature. Afterwards, access is paused until a plan is chosen. Data is kept for 90 days after the trial ends.

4. Prices and payment

Prices exclude taxes and are shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, paid in advance by card through the payment provider PayPlug, and renew automatically by charging the saved card. If a payment fails, it is retried twice 3 days apart, then access is paused until payment. The Provider may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the Customer may cancel before they apply. Access may be suspended for non-payment after a reminder.

5. Cancellation

The Customer may cancel anytime from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current period, without refund of the period started. Data can be exported until then and is deleted within 90 days after the subscription ends, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Availability and support

The Provider uses reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, backs up data daily and provides e-mail support on business days.

7. Customer data

The Customer owns its data. The Provider processes it as a processor under the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.

8. Writing assistant

Texts proposed by the writing assistant are suggestions based on the technician's notes. The Customer remains responsible for the reports it validates and sends.

9. Regulatory compliance

The Service helps the Customer keep records such as refrigerant handling records. The Customer remains solely responsible for its regulatory obligations and the accuracy of the information entered.

10. Liability

The Provider's liability is limited to proven direct damages, up to the amounts paid by the Customer in the previous 12 months.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of the Provider's registered office, after an attempt at amicable settlement.
